Privacy policy
1. General
This policy explains how Axioma (“we”, the “Operator”) collects, uses and protects the personal data of visitors to axioma.codes. It is written with regard to Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of 21 May 2013 “On Personal Data and Their Protection”.
For anything about personal data, contact the Operator on Telegram: @nonexxxist.
2. What we collect
Only what you enter in the request form: your name, phone number, email address and, if you wish, your wishes for the site.
We use no cookies, analytics or ad trackers. The language you choose is stored only in your browser and is not sent to us.
3. Why we collect it
To contact you about your request, discuss the project and price, and prepare an offer. We do not use your data for mailing lists and do not sell it.
4. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the box before sending the form. Without consent the request is not sent.
5. Who receives the data
To reach us, your request passes through the Web3Forms form delivery service and arrives at the Operator’s email. These services may be located outside the Republic of Kazakhstan, so the data may be transferred across borders. By sending the request you agree to this too.
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages and fonts load from Google servers. These services may receive technical request data, such as your IP address, under their own policies.
We do not share your data with anyone else except where the law requires it.
6. How long we keep it
No longer than needed to handle your request: up to one year after our last contact, unless you withdraw consent sooner.
7. How we protect it
The site works only over secure HTTPS. Only the Operator has access to requests.
8. Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent. Message us on Telegram at @nonexxxist. After you withdraw consent, we delete your data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page. Version of 8 November 2026.
